Shipping Policy
Free. Worldwide. No tax at the door.
Every Jelly Firkin is configured to your order — your color, your size, your hardware — and made one by one. That is why it does not ship the same day. It ships when it is yours.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to. The price you see at checkout is final: we cover import duties and taxes, so nothing extra is charged on delivery.
Timing
- Making your bag: 2–5 business days from the moment your order is confirmed. Bags with an Outer Design or Interior Message can take 1–2 extra days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 8–10 business days after leaving our studio. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Timings are estimates, not guarantees — carriers, customs and peak seasons can add days we cannot control.
Where we ship
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and across Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland). Not on the list? Write to us — we will tell you honestly if we can get a bag to you.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your bag leaves the studio. If it has been more than 12 business days since dispatch and nothing has arrived, let us know and we will chase it for you.
Address mistakes
Please double-check your address at checkout — because every bag is made to order, we start production quickly. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will fix it. After that, we may not be able to redirect the parcel, and re-shipping costs may apply.
Bundles
Sets (Essentials, Voyager, Archive) ship together in one parcel once every bag in the set is finished.
