Returns & Refunds

Made to order, backed by us.

Every Jelly Firkin is configured and made specifically for you. That makes each bag personal — and it shapes how returns work. Here is the whole picture, in plain words.

Changed your mind before we start?

You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of placing your order — just email us. After that, your bag is in production and can no longer be cancelled.

30-day returns

If your bag arrives and it simply is not for you, you have 30 days from delivery to return it, provided it is:

  • unused, with no marks, scratches or scent,
  • in its original packaging with all cards and dust bag,
  • a standard configuration (color + size + hardware).

Once it reaches us and passes inspection, we refund the full price of the bag to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the return is our mistake (see below).

Personalised bags

Bags with an Outer Design or Interior Message are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. They are, of course, fully covered if they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?

Then it is on us, completely. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos, and we will replace the bag or refund you in full — including any shipping costs. No return of the damaged bag is required unless we ask.

Exchanges

Want a different color or size? The fastest way is to return the bag under the 30-day policy and place a new order — the new one goes straight into production, so you do not wait for the return to arrive first.

How to start a return

  1. Email contact@jellyfirkin.com with your order number and the reason.
  2. We reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship it back with tracking (please keep the receipt).
  4. Refund issued within 5–10 business days of receipt.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to show on your statement.

Bundles

Sets can be returned in full under the same 30-day policy. Partial returns of a set are refunded at the individual bag price minus the set discount.
